The venue is available for bookings 7 days a week from 11.00am to 11.00pm although extensions can be applied for until midnight on Friday and Saturday.

Childrens Play Area is free but you must have an adult present. All glasses taken into the play area must be returned for safety reasons
Deposit
The deposit is £150.00 no VAT (returned after event as long as no property damage)
NB to secure a booking a deposit has to be paid immediately
Venue hire FAQs
- Are young children allowed? Yes, but please watch/take care of them both inside and outside.
- Do you accept bookings for teenage parties (or 16th / 18th / 21st)? No, except to members.
- Is the bar shared? Yes it is a members bar….but members aware to respect privacy.
- Are there disabled facilities? Yes, disabled toilet and parking spaces are available.
- What are the bar facilities?
The bar is stocked with a wide range of drinks and special orders, such as Champagne, can be arranged.
Credit/Debit Cards are accepted.
You cannot bring your own beverages and persons found to be in possession of alcohol will have it taken away. - What are the catering facilities? Food is not provided, but we have caterers we can contact for your event.
You can use the large, fully equipped kitchen which can be used for food preparation and we have a spacious fridge/freezer.
Cooking would need to be agreed (health and safety cert). - Do you have in-house DJ / Band? No, although we do have contacts.
- Can we plug in own music to sound system/show photos on TV? Yes.
